Everyone,
As was announced at Pigeon Forge and the Division Reunion, here are the instructions for donations for the Regiment Monument at Fort Benning.

As you will see we are still short of what we require.

If you have already contributed, Thank You.

If you haven't contributed, the Regiment can use all donations, no matter how Small or Large.

Thanks,

Bill

The majority of the proceeds from the sale of my book, Call Sign Dracula, have been used to provide signed, free copies to fellow veterans and some to those who are currently serving. I have also been able to donate several books through many of you to your local libraries. Thus far over 350 book have been donated. I will continue doing this but want to also take part of the proceeds and donate to the 2nd Infantry Regiment Memorial.  To me, it is not about personal financial gain but to get our stories out to the public. As we grow older and time slips away, Vietnam slowly becomes a lost part of the past. Today's younger generations and generations to come need to know about who we were, what we did, how we did it and what the Vietnam war was about.

I sure look forward to sending money to memorial fund over the next few months.
