Hi guys!

Checking in from a chilly New Jersey. But temps should get back into the 80's this week. Summer's last gasp I think.

Hope you all have a great Labor Day with your families and friends. Stay safe!

And remember to keep our friends in Texas, and all those going through tough times in our prayers.

Checking in from the the Florida Suncoast where everything is good. Keeping Houston in our prayers as we keep an eye on hurricane Irma as it churns along in the Atlantic, hoping it doesn't impact Florida or the rest of the Atlantic coast. Hope you all have a great September.

Checking from wet and soggy Houston. Only had 20 inches in my yard but none in the house. Family is safe and sound. Praying for the people in Florida. Saw where Juan is safe and sound also.

Beautiful day here in Camino, CA.
Wife and I drove up from Napa to go to Apple Hill.
Ran into a guy that served in the same Company (Bravo, 2/2). He served in '69, while I served '67-'68.
Damn if I wasn't pressed for time, because although we talked briefly, I never got his name.
Thought I'd report in with that just in case the guy visits this site.
Everyone take care out the there. The Fall up here is beautiful.

Patton, checking in for the month of October 2017 from the Great of State of Oklahoma.
On another note; My 96 year old Uncle Zora Patton a World Two Veteran. He was at the Battle of The Bulge. His funereal was yesterday, with full military honors.
I was honored to be his Guardian on The Honor Flight from Oklahoma to Washington D.C. April 2016, so My Uncle could visit his World War Two Memorial.
