March is here and spring training has stated here on Florida's Suncoast. Spring break has officially started for colleges and universities so the ladies of our younger years, who still venture to the beach, will be mixed in with the youth of today. At the risk of being accused of being a dirty old man most of these younger ladies are sure "easy" on my old eyes. Come St. Pats day I'll be toasting that part of my ancestors who came here from the Emerald Isle with a cold beer or two. Have a great March .

Happy Easter from the Florida Sun coast. It's a beautiful sunshiny day here and the Easter bunny I'm sure has left baskets for the kids and hid colorful eggs. My kids and grandkids are all to old for that stuff now and I miss watching them hunt for the goodies. Take care out there guys and enjoy life to its fullest.

Just found out from Mortimer O'Conners son, (Brian) that a facility room has been named for Ltc. O'Conner at Temple University. This is the institution where he received his PHD while he was commanding ROTC. 50 years to the day he was KIA.
